If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, you would have to provide a 60-day written notice, pay the applicable termination fee or liquidated damages, and pay back any concessions given.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes, your lease will automatically renew monthly after expiration unless you select a different renewal offer or give a 60-day written notice to vacate. A month-to-month fee may apply.
Do you accept leases for short terms?
We do not offer leases under 7 months, subject to change.
Am I required to have renters' insurance?
Yes, $100,000 personal liability and the policy must list your address, all adults on the lease, and Nova at East Park Village as an Additional Interested Party.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Yes, rent is paid online through your resident portal, which you can access 24/7. If you are unable to pay online, please contact the leasing office.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
No, any person staying longer than 7 days will need to be added to the lease.

Do you have reserved parking?
